We may occasionally collect data from you and your organisation in order to prepare our work or to survey how we can serve you better. We do not share any of your information with anyone for commercial reasons.

We generally use Google Forms for collection of that data, which is then stored using Google Drive. The only identifying information we collect is your name and email address, however both are optional when you complete our questionnaires, surveys and forms.

We may also use other third-party solutions such as Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Office 365.

When you send us an enquiry using any of our online forms on the website, a copy of that information is stored in our website database and frequently also sent to our email inbox.

Any information you share with us will be kept in strict confidentiality.

You may want to change, anonymise or remove sensitive data in spreadsheets or any other document (names, figures) before sending any data over.

You can share documents using your Microsoft and OneDrive accounts rather than send them by email. Ask and we will send you an invitation to a shared folder. Your data will remain on Microsoft servers and stored locally on one PC while we work on it.
